Payment Terms

1.  50% payment should be made prior to commencement of work.

2. The rest of the payment should be made within 30 days of commencing the work.

3.Facebook & Instagram boosting charges to be paid separately and in advance.

4. Results may vary as per the Facebook guidelines as they keep changing over the times.

5. The company will not be responsible for the work delay caused due to policy changes from Facebook.

6. Registering page as news page with Facebook is discreet right of Facebook so Enrich media doesn’t assure you for the same.

7. Facebook ad revenue model and CPM rates keep changing and same shall be directly transferred to clients account.

8. To improve the engagement and quality of content published on page, Enrich Media will give insights to the clients time to time which should be respected.

9. The client should appoint one person of contact to monitor the joint activity between Prabhat and Enrich Media. From our end, it will be Manoj Jadhav.

10. The dedicated and hardworking team of professional will be appointed to ensure the best results

11.If any out of pocket expenses occur during the agreement like travelling and accommodation then Client Needs to pay it separately.

12. All the work will be done from Enrich Media Office. If client requires any representative of Enrich Media at their office that and Charges for that should be paid separately.

13.This agreement shall not be terminated without prior one month notice by either sides.
